BONDING INFORMATION

Sheriff Mike Jolley offers four types of bonding:

CASH BOND

PROPERTY BOND: A property owner may use his property for bond if the land is free and clear. The property owner must bring his deed and tax receipt showing where the property taxes have been paid.

TRANSFER BOND: We will accept a transfer bond from another county within the state of Georgia as long as it is approved by the local Sheriff of the county.

BONDING COMPANY:  The following bonding companies are the only approved Bonding companies allowed to bond someone out of the Harris County Jail.
